Reviving Yesterday’s Left Over Pizza

We’ve all enjoyed eating yesterday’s pizza on a slobby Sunday morning haven’t we? Okay so it’s not quite the same as it was when it was fresh on the Saturday night, but there are ways to revive the pizza, making it just as tasty as it was before.

Grill it!

Grilling the pizza rather than microwaving it can make it feel as though it’s just been baked, and you should take it out of the grill just as the cheese starts to bubble.

Add more toppings

More toppings are obviously going to hep, and you may want to add chillies, mushrooms, onion, extra cheese or olives to get extra flavour.

Serve it up with a side

A side of potato salad, wedges or a jacket potato will transform yesterday’s pizza into a tasty lunch.

It’s so much better to eat hot crispy pizza than cold or soggy microwave pizza, so next time you’re about to dig in, take the time to make it even better!
