We all know how easy it is to put a frozen pizza into the oven, waiting just 12-15 minutes for a cheese and tomato feast! We all love a little convenience and that’s fine, especially after a long day’s work, however, there are healthier options that don’t take too long to make.
Why not make a quick chicken curry? All you need is some chicken breast, vegetables, curry paste and rice (and the rice can even be microwavable or boil in the bag!). This meal can be whipped up in less than 10 minutes, and okay so you’ll have a little more washing up to do, but it will be healthier, tastier, and you’ll be getting some good protein.
A frozen pizza from your local supermarket is okay every once in a while, so make sure you only reach for it when there’s absolutely nothing else!
