Beef for Christmas Dinner – Hear us out!

I know not many people will like to mess with a traditional Christmas dinner, but hear us out first. Ask yourself this:

How many times per year do you make turkey dinners?

I’m sure the majority of you will eat a lot more chicken, beef, pork, lamb and fish than turkey. There’s a good reason for this too, it’s better! Here at Incredibleedibles we love the idea of beef for Christmas. It’s doesn’t dry out as quickly, it has more flavour, it’s moist when served and it’s quicker to cook.

You’re not messing with too many components either; you’re just replacing turkey with beef. And let’s face it, most of us will buy a turkey that’s way too large, and then come boxing day we’re sick of it, we don’t want anymore.

There’s a good reason you don’t by a lot of turkey throughout the course of the year, and you don’t have to buy it on Christmas day. Go for beef instead!
