You can’t get a much healthier breakfast than Avocado and eggs. This simple dish is easy to whip up and it includes plenty of healthy fats and lots of protein. Making the dish is pretty easy, you simply slice the ripe avocado into two segments, remove the pip and bake in the oven for around 20 minutes. Once cooked, simply place a raw egg into the hole where the avocado pip used to be. Go for one egg per segment and then place the dish in the microwave for around 30 seconds. Once complete, you should have a delicious cooked egg yolk sitting happily in the avocado. Then all you need is a touch of salt and some ketchup or brow sauce as a tangy side. This healthy breakfast can be made in less than 30 minutes and it really is the perfect post workout breakfast.
